Barely use your Pro subscription? Then we'll credit the renewal.

Some clients don't post more than the one job in their first year that introduced them to iCasting. Completely understandable, which is why, with iCasting Pro, we take the risk off your hands. Did you post no more than 1 job in your first subscription year, and did you receive the invoice for the renewal? Let us know, and we'll credit that invoice. You'll then use iCasting Pro completely free of charge in your second year.

Haven't used your Pro subscription in the first year? Let us know as soon as you receive the renewal invoice, via the contact page.

Posted at most 1 job? Invoice credited.

If you posted no more than 1 job in your first year, we'll credit the renewal invoice in full. You'll then use iCasting Pro for free in your second year.

Better value than per job, fast

The guarantee applies once per subscription and is not a refund. If you do post jobs, Pro is often already better value than paying separately after just a few jobs.

The usage guarantee applies to clients with an active iCasting Pro subscription and counts live posted casting jobs. Report your claim as soon as possible after receiving your renewal invoice via the contact page. See our Terms of Delivery for the complete terms.

Signing up and applying is always free for talent

Creating a profile, receiving casting calls and applying never costs you anything on iCasting, not now and not in the future. You pay no registration fee, no commission and no hidden costs.

Can I cancel at any time?

Your Pro subscription runs annually and can be cancelled up to 1 month before the end of your subscription year. If you pay per job, you're not tied to anything.

What if I don't use my Pro subscription in a year?

Did you post no more than 1 job and receive the invoice for the renewal? Let us know, and we'll credit that invoice. You'll then use iCasting Pro for free in your second year. Read more about our usage guarantee.

What happens after my trial period?

After a job posted for free, you decide yourself whether to continue: choose to pay per job or a Pro subscription, with no automatic renewal without your choice.

Are there hidden costs in the price?

No. The stated amounts are excluding VAT and there are no extra costs added for using the chat, posting media or approaching talent within your subscription.

Does anything change about the price for talent?

No. For talent, signing up, maintaining a profile and applying is and remains completely free, regardless of which package a client chooses.

Can I switch packages in the meantime?

Yes, you can switch from paying per job to iCasting Pro at any time. Get in touch via our contact page for this.

How and when do I pay?

Payments per job are settled at the moment of posting; the Pro subscription is invoiced annually in advance.
