iCasting is a Dutch casting platform, based in Zwolle. Our mission is simple: connect clients and talent directly with each other, without a middleman, so that great matches happen faster and more fairly.
Why we do this
Born from frustration with slow casting processes
iCasting was founded out of a simple frustration: finding suitable talent often took clients days, while talent themselves had barely any visibility into the opportunities out there. Agencies were often in the middle, with waiting times, unclear rates and little transparency for either side. We believed this could be faster, fairer and more direct.
That's why we built a platform where clients can search, filter and book themselves, and where talent is in control of their own profile and their own applications. No middleman deciding who gets in touch with whom, just a smart search engine that finds the right match faster.
Since then, iCasting has grown fast: from a small platform in Zwolle to a network of 140,000+ talent and thousands of clients across the Netherlands. Our AI-driven search technology gets smarter with every new casting request, so results keep becoming more relevant, for models and actors, but just as much for dancers, presenters, extras and voice-overs.
