This disclaimer applies to iCasting.nl and applies to IQ-Concepts B.V. and any group companies affiliated with it, hereinafter jointly referred to as "iCasting". iCasting does its utmost to keep the information on the platform, including profile data, casting calls, and general content, current and accurate. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee that all content is at all times complete, accurate, or up to date. Profile information is supplied by users themselves and is not in all cases fully verified by iCasting. Opinions expressed in any editorial content, blog articles, or news items on the platform are those of the respective author and do not necessarily reflect the views of iCasting.

No rights can be derived from the information on iCasting. Clients and talent are advised to always confirm important agreements, such as compensation, location, and timing of a job, directly and in writing before a collaboration begins.

2. No liability for user interactions

iCasting facilitates contact between clients and talent, but is not a party to the agreements they make with each other. We are therefore not liable for disputes, damage, loss of income, or other consequences arising from interactions between users, including but not limited to no-shows, non-payment, or dissatisfaction with the performance of a casting job.

We advise users who have doubts about the reliability of another user to follow the tips on our Online Safety page and to report suspicious situations via Report Abuse.

The platform may contain links to websites or services of third parties, for example portfolios, talent's social media profiles, or external payment services. iCasting has no control over the content of these external websites and is not responsible for their content, privacy policy, or functioning.

Including a link does not mean that iCasting recommends or endorses the relevant third party. Use of external websites is at your own risk.

4. Changes to the platform

iCasting may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform, including functionality and available information, without prior notice. We are not liable for any inconvenience arising from this.
