1. Ownership of content and brand
The name iCasting, the associated logo, and the visual identity of the platform are owned by iCasting. The design, structure and source code of the platform are also protected by copyright. It is not permitted to copy, modify, or use these elements for your own purposes, commercial or non-commercial, without prior written consent.
2. Use of user photos and profiles

It is not permitted to download, distribute, or use talent's profile content for purposes outside the casting for which contact was made, without the express consent of the relevant talent.
Talent can delete content from their own profile at any time. After an account is deleted, the associated content is also removed from the platform's active search results within a reasonable period.

Report this as soon as possible via our contact page or via Report Abuse, with a clear description and, if possible, proof of ownership.
We investigate every report of alleged infringement and may, if necessary, remove content or restrict the relevant account pending further clarification.
